Sweet potatos, liver, carrots, spinach, mangoes, cantaloupe, milk, dried apricots, mozzarella cheese and egg yolks are very rich diet in Vitamin. Soy milk, eggs, milk, cheese, peanut butter, yogurt, fish, lean meats and poultry, tofu, beans and other legumes, seeds and nuts, grains and pasta are good diet in proteins. Milk shakes, cheese ricotta, mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese, and milk are rich diet in calcium. You can also massage on the stretch marks by the lotion made up of vitamin E oil and cocoa butter. This moisturizes the skin and gives lighter appearance. You can also make your home made lotion by just mixing ¼ cup of aloe vera gel, ½ cup of virgin olive oil, 6 and 4 capsules of Vitamin A and E respectively in a blender. After mixing the components keep it in refrigerator. And use it on the affected skin.
