Are stretch marks reduced from exercises?

Stretch mark which is in medical terms referred as “striae distensea” is common skin problem which occurs due to over stretching of skin cells. Stretch marks commonly occur in the areas where fat are stored in profuse. The most common area in our body which is most commonly affected with stretch marks are breasts, waist, hip, upper arms and thighs. If a obese person tries to lose his weight rapidly than these scars are more visible. Losing weight slowly that is doing proper exercise is an efficient technique that reduces stretch marks. There are also other treatments available for removal of stretch marks like laser treatment, creams and lotions and other medications. Proper hydration of body proves to be very useful in preventing stretch marks.

Overall eating healthy diet, proper drinking water, controlling weight gain, and doing regular stretch marks exercise helps in the reducing and prevention of stretch marks.
